“My Story” is a transformative program that helps wounded warriors find healing through storytelling. In a safe, supportive environment, participants are guided by authors, therapists, and communication coaches to write, share, and speak their personal journeys - from injury to resilience. For many, this is the first time they are truly heard, not as patients, but as people.
The impact goes far beyond personal growth. Graduates often go on to speak at schools, ceremonies, and public forums, becoming powerful voices for mental health, inclusion, and strength through vulnerability. They leave the program with renewed confidence, emotional clarity, and the tools to inspire others. One voice, honestly shared, can change everything.

The “My Story” program includes 12 groups per year, each with 20 wounded warriors. Participants meet weekly for 12 guided, 3-hour sessions focused on personal storytelling and emotional growth.
The cost is $1,300 per participant, or $26,000 to sponsor a full group.
